Gordon Development is proud to present 543 Howard Street, a new one-of-a-kind corporate headquarters located in Downtown San Francisco. We've meticulously renovated this handsome 1924 warehouse and expanded it with two new floors of heavy-timber construction to create 75,000 square feet of premium office space in the heart of the South Financial District.

543 Howard retains the rich texture and feel of its original warehouse construction while embracing the latest workplace technologies. Open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, sand blasted concrete columns, and floor-to-ceiling operable windows create a building that is at once impressive and remarkably livable.

Recognizing that progressive workplaces mean healthier employees, increased productivity and accelerated growth, Gordon Development has incorporated the use of environmentally sensitive, or "green" building practices throughout the development and construction process.
